POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, and online channels, ensuring alignment with sales goals and targeting key audiences.
• Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content for various platforms including social media, and advertisements to promote products and services.
• Website and SEO Management: Regularly update the company website with optimised content to improve search visibility, enhance user experience, and support lead generation.
• Lead Generation: Work with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for lead generation, including digital ads and promotions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including website traffic, social media metrics, and lead generation, using KPIs to inform strategy.
• Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and values.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, provide them with necessary marketing collateral, and ensure marketing and sales strategies complement each other.
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities, providing insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Budget Management: Managing the marketing budget.
• Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are tailored to different departments
• Social Media Management: Manage and schedule posts on social media platforms, engaging with followers and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Content Calendar Management: Maintain and update a content calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns, content, and communications across various platforms.
• Monitor Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and new marketing tools, integrating relevant findings into the marketing strategy.
• Internal Communication: Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration on cross-functional projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1/2 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to create engaging content for various audiences and platforms.
• Experience with website management and content management systems (CMS).
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to drive decision-making.
• Creative problem solver with a proactive attitude and a passion for marketing.

• Experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Video Editing Abilities, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks at once.
