SUMMARY:
Seeking a visionary and results-oriented Managing Director to spearhead its pecan nut business. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in agricultural markets, operational management, financial leadership, and team development. This role demands an individual who can strengthen producer relationships, drive operational excellence, and align the business with emerging industry trends.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

A relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications are advantageous).
At least 10 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in agriculture or food production.
Proven track record in process optimization and leading high-performance teams.
Expertise in international agricultural markets, forex mechanisms, and hedging.
Strong problem-solving capabilities paired with strategic thinking.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Market Insight: In-depth knowledge of pecan nut markets and dynamics.
