SUMMARY:
A leading agricultural company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage all maintenance activities at its food processing facility in Modderrivier. The role focuses on ensuring the effective upkeep and functionality of equipment and facilities, prioritizing preventative maintenance, and minimizing operational downtime.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. GCC accreditation is advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a factory or mill maintenance environment, preferably in FMCG.
- Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, knowledge of OHS Act, and familiarity with Pragma or similar plant maintenance software.
- Leadership: Capable of managing a diverse team and effectively communicating maintenance plans.
