SUMMARY:
MAINTENANACE MANAGER-MATSAPHA –ESWATINI (SWAZILAND)
SALARY: NEG

Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or
BSc/BA in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering
Certificate in a skilled Trade (Electrical, Mechanical/or Plumbing

Over 10-20 years’ experience in Clothing Industry with experience in both woven and knits.
Experience of Maintaining electrical/mechanical/plumbing systems, offering engineering support, 5 years of which in similar position.
Experience in planning maintenance operations
Must have a solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, boiler and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts.
Must be well-versed in all maintenance processes and health and safety regulations
Must have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc
Exposure of TPM, Lean Management an added advantage
Working knowledge of factory machines and equipment,
Ability to keep track of and report on activity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, time management, project management, electrical/plumbing/welding/mechanical, communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
Develop and implement a proactive Maintenance strategy aligned to the organisational strategy, ensuring implementation achieves the agreed and communicated company objectives
