SUMMARY:
A leading player in the energy and industrial sector is looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day mechanical and electrical maintenance at a power station. The role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring safe operations, preventative maintenance, and plant efficiency.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Technical Diploma or Mechanical Engineering Degree
5+ years' experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
2+ years in a similar leadership/management role
Strong knowledge of boilers, steam systems, and CMMS
Solid understanding of the OHS Act, labour legislation, and GMR
Familiarity with power generation equipment and plant operations
