We are seeking a Logistics and Financial Administrator to join our dynamic team in the heart of Cape Town CBD. This role involves managing sales processes, coordinating logistics operations, and handling financial administration with precision.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration:

Generate and issue sales orders based on deal confirmations.
Follow up on customer sales orders to ensure timely approvals and processing in SAP.
Manage open sales orders and ensure completion in the CRM system.

Logistics Coordination:

Record and reconcile daily stock movements across multiple locations.
Align stock records with warehouses through daily reconciliations.
Coordinate truck bookings and manage delivery schedules.
Oversee packaging material inventories and reconciliations.
Handle commercial invoices, bills of lading, and vessel clearing documentation.

Financial Administration:

Generate and allocate customer invoices while managing account queries.
Issue monthly debtors' statements and oversee debt collection efforts.
Reconcile customer payments, supplier invoices, and monthly bank statements.
Maintain updated client FICA documentation and ensure SARS compliance.
Assist with financial reporting, payment runs, and merchanting reconciliations.

Administrative Support:

Manage SAP tasks, including order closures, credit limit checks, and maintaining client/supplier data.
Support audit processes and regulatory documentation requirements.
Assist with travel claims and credit limit approvals.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales administration, logistics, or financial administration.
Proficient in CRM systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Knowledge of compliance requirements (SARS, FICA) is advantageous.
