Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Development & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and expand the client base across various industries.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Team Leadership & Performance Management:
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
• Revenue & Profitability Management:
  • Achieve revenue and profitability goals by driving sales performance and managing client contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 8-10 years of sales experience in the logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding industry, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Technical Skills:
