POSITION INFO:
As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Develop and execute a comprehensive logistics roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives.
Lead and inspire cross-functional logistics teams across multiple regions, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Identify and resolve delivery and supply chain inefficiencies using root-cause analysis and data insights.
Manage the setup and rollout of new distribution centers, ensuring compliance, operational readiness, and efficiency.
Select, onboard, and manage 3PL partners to optimize service delivery and reduce costs.
Benchmark logistics processes against industry standards and emerging trends to drive innovation.
Optimize logistics network design for scalability, cost savings, and improved service levels.
Track logistics performance via KPIs and SLAs, conducting structured reviews with partners.
Use data and analytics to improve delivery performance, inventory flow, and resource utilization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, and Operations to ensure seamless supply chain integration.

What Do You Need?:

7–9 years of experience in logistics management and supply chain planning, preferably across multiple sites or national operations.
Demonstrated strength in strategic planning and operational execution within logistics.
Proven success managing complex logistics projects such as network expansion and 3PL integration.
Strong commercial acumen with analytical and negotiation capabilities.
Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
