A leading organisation is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to take charge of its logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and seamless distribution. This is a hands-on leadership role that will require strong operational expertise, supplier management skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a high-performing logistics team, ensuring accountability and adherence to service standards
• Oversee demand planning, stock control, procurement, storage, and distribution processes
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, negotiating cost efficiencies and ensuring service excellence
• Continuously assess and enhance logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Manage inventory levels, stock movements, and monthly stock reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Provide detailed logistics performance analysis and contribute to strategic decision-making

Ideal Candidate:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience: 4-6 years of management experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proven experience in supplier management and cost optimisation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
