SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Co-Ordinator will be an operational role that requires on-site presence. The roles and responsibilities will include the management of stock, bin management, inventory asset tracking and reporting, inventory forecast and planning for effective and timely replenishment of stock nationally, process optimisation, monitoring compliance and ensuring fulfilment of SLAs.

POSITION INFO:

- Coordinate with central supply chain team and/or suppliers to order necessary stock items and ensure timely replenishment.
- Support auditors during audit cycles with supporting evidence to support stock holdings and relating asset reporting, including evidencing processes and controls implemented.
- Collaborate with field service teams to ensure they have the necessary spare parts and consumables for their operations.
- Accountable for physical stock movements and monthly stock counts – process, communication, administration, physical counts, signoffs and report submission to Finance according to the business deadlines (this may include weekend work)

- Responsible for conducting daily, weekly and monthly stock counts and reporting on stock on hand at regional warehouse and technician level
- Identify and support stock variances with plausible explanation justifying stock variances
- Prepare daily movement, stock on hand, working and faulty report for all fixed assets and inventory

Manage and utilise various systems to perform Supply Chain Warehouse Co-Ordinator duties, including:
- Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV)
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint): for stakeholder communication, both internally and externally
- Client-related systems such as, SAP, MRM, Qlikview
- Manage system transfers and bin management on NAV, SAP, and MRM systems
