We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lodge Management Couple to oversee the operations of our client's prestigious safari lodge

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric and/or any relevant Qualification in Hospitality will be advantageous
• 5 Years of experience in a Management role
• Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a lodge or similar setting
• Food and Beverage experience, menu planning and presentation, costing and wine knowledge
• Flexibility to live on-site and work irregular hours as needed
• Couple will be responsible for the maintenance, administration and overall management for the lodge
• Valid drivers license and own transportation
