POSITION INFO:
Candidate requirements:

• Previous experience in a high-end lodge is essential
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in an assistant lodge management position
• Must be very strong in administration
• Working experience managing budgets is needed
• Must be knowledgeable in food and wine
• Have experience in managing a team
• Must have strong managerial capabilities
• Both must have a valid RSA Drivers License & PDP
• Both of you must be mature and responsible
• Positive attitude and approach toward teamwork
• Hands-on approach toward guest experience
• Ability to take initiative and problem-solving
• Have a strong eye for detail with regard to all lodge rooms, service & food
• Must have strong leadership and communication skills – verbal and written
