SUMMARY:
A Stunning Safari Lodge on a Private Big 5 Reserve is looking for a LODGE ANCHOR to join their team

POSITION INFO:
This beautiful lodge is made up of three stunning Safari camps. The lodge anchor is to assist in the day to day running of the camps, along with hosting guests and managing all aspects of their stay contributing to the overall guest experience.

Candidate Requirements:

Must have experience in a similar Lodge role
Diploma in Hospitality Management advantageous
Must have strong administrative skills and be computer literate
F&B and stock control experience
A good knowledge of all departments within a lodge environment
Be a confident individual with a positive attitude
Self-motivated and hands on
Must be a team player
High standards of service excellence and a passion for the industry
Must have good organizational and planning skills
Have good attention to detail
Well spoken, well-groomed and presentable
Hands on approach towards the guest experience
Passionate about guest delight

This is a live in position offering great accommodation, with a food allowance and company benefits.

Work cycle is 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
