Job Description:
A well-established law firm in the CBD is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary with expertise in Personal Injury (RAF) matters.
Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative and secretarial support to attorneys handling RAF claims.
• Drafting, formatting, and processing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Managing case files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates.
• Liaising with clients, courts, and relevant stakeholders.
• Scheduling consultations, court dates, and maintaining attorneys’ calendars.
• Handling dictation, transcription, and general office administration.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years experience as a Litigation Secretary, specifically within Personal Injury (RAF) matters.
• Preferably 27 years or older.
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and RAF claim processes.
• Excellent typing and document drafting skills.
• Proficiency in legal software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
