SUMMARY:
Job Title:  Litigation Secretary
Location: Montana
Remuneration: R180 000 per year

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
Grade 12
3 - 5 years experience as a Litigation Secretary

Duties:

• Preparing court statements and forms
• Dictating Lawyers’ audio files and written notes
• Managing records, projects and calendars to make sure everything functions smoothly
• Transcribing and proofreading legal documents
• Indexing and updating pleadings and discovery binders
• Collecting and delivering documents
• Managing diaries and making travel arrangements for one or more Lawyers
• Supporting legal research and communicating with vendors, experts, Lawyers, opposing counsel and other staff
• Experience in Civil and Commercial litigation
• Experience dealing with Magistrate and High Court Litigation, Debt Collections
• Experience with CaseLines and CourtOnline a must
• Diary management
• Must have strong attention to detail
