SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking a Line Manager IT Assurance & Resilience Readiness to join their team in the Netherlands.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Line Manager IT Assurance & Resilience Readiness
Location: Netherlands

Vacancy Type: Full-Time

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
3-10 years' Experience in IT assurance, risk management, and resilience planning.
Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

Familiarity with compliance standards like ISO 27001.
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities:
To lead IT assurance and resilience readiness initiatives, ensuring robust IT operations and compliance with industry standards.

Lead IT assurance projects and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Develop and implement IT resilience strategies.
Supervise a team of IT specialists.
Analyze system vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure IT operational excellence.
