SUMMARY:
Lexdan Select is assisting a Financial Services company with their search for a Legal Advisor, based in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
Functions:

Provide legal counsel and support on commercial litigation matters, including pre-litigation strategies
Run litigation processes, including drafting of pleadings
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements to minimize litigation risks.
Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary, managing relationships and ensuring effective outcomes.

Requirements:

LLB degree and an Admitted Attorney in South Africa
Minimum 2 - 7 years PQE in commercial litigation
