The purpose of the Leasing Manager is to develop and implement leasing strategies, liaise and negotiate transactions with current and prospective tenants, let vacant space and ensure that renewals are completed timeously.

POSITION INFO:
Qualification and Experience

Matric and Degree in property or finance
3-5 years of retail leasing manager experience within a super-regional mall environment, with a strong understanding of market trends, deal-making and brand positioning. The ability to manage retail lease negotiations, renewals, identify emerging retail brands and maintain strong tenant relationships.
