Lease and Projects Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease & Projects Administrator to join their team. This role will be responsible for managing lease agreements, assisting in real estate projects, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and project coordination skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Lease Administration:

• Maintain and update lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Track important lease dates, such as rent reviews, expirations, and escalations.
• Ensure lease compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and legal teams for lease negotiations.

• Assist in planning, budgeting, and tracking real estate and facility projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and updates.

• Process lease payments, security deposits, and rent escalations.
• Reconcile accounts related to lease agreements and project expenses.
• Prepare and maintain reports on lease performance, occupancy, and project budgets.
• Organize and maintain records of contracts, invoices, and compliance documents.

• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements for leases and projects.
• Assist in resolving lease disputes and property-related issues.
• Conduct periodic reviews of lease and project contracts.

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in lease administration, property management, or project coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and property management software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle financial data accurately.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
