Our client in the property industry is looking for a Lease and Maintenance Administrator to manage residential lease administration, property maintenance, and general office duties. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with relevant experience in property management and proficiency in Pastel Accounting.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric is essential
• Relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial
• Proficiency in Pastel Accounting
• 3+ years' experience in property maintenance and lease administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Duties:
  • Lease Administration: Handle residential lease agreements, invoicing, deposits, customer relations, and debt collection
  • Maintenance Management: Oversee maintenance for residential and commercial properties, manage quotations, approvals, inspections, and follow-ups on repairs
  • Office Administration: Perform creditor reconciliations, manage office equipment
