SUMMARY:
Global legal practice is looking to appoint a Learning and Development Specialist

This role requires a strong focus on content development, facilitation skills, and digital learning development.
The successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver a diverse range of training programs and materials, including face to-face, eLearning, and blended learning solutions.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, instructional design or related field
At least 5 years’ experience in designing training programs and curricula in a professional services environment.
Experience in designing and facilitating learning for all levels, including executive teams, is required.
Digital learning design and development experience is essential.
Experience in an internal consulting role, managing training interventions, developing collaborative partnerships with business leadership and SMEs, and assessing learning needs.
