Learning & Development Manager - Rosebank

POSITION INFO:

Our client, a leader in the mining and explosives industry, based in Rosebank, is seeking to engage a strategic and analytical individual in the position of Learning & Development Manager.

The succesful candidate should demonstrate a passion for the learning and development field, strategically identifying, designing and implementing comprehensive training programs.

These programs aim to cultivate employee skills, enhance organisational effectiveness, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Training & Development, Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Assessor / Moderator / SD Facilitator, Lead Auditor Certification will be advantageous.
10+ Years of progressive experience in a learning and development role.
Experience in the Mining and Explosives industry is advantageous.
