SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Lean Facilitator for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape.

POSITION INFO:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

• BEng Degree in mechanical engineering / Industrial Engineering
• Min 3 years working in a manufacturing (FMCG) environment
• Shopware / SAP
• Working knowledge of WCMP / SHEQ / GMP / Lean Manufacturing principles

• CII – Continuous Improvement Initiatives with focus on manufacturing (Lean Principles)
• Project Management – various aspects of the business
• Evaluate manufacturing and production performance (Analyze data)
• Evaluate Operation Processes to improve regional performance
• Strategic Planning and Budgeting
• Drive efficiencies and optimize practices, processes and efficiencies
