This role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven individuals to play a pivotal role in building a strong sales pipeline through targeted prospecting. The position is ideal for individuals with the ability to communicate professionally in English and another European language, such as Spanish, Italian, Dutch, French, or Swedish.
As a lead generation specialist, you will work closely with the Sales Team to identify, contact, and qualify potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Your work will lay the foundation for successful sales opportunities within designated European territories.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to handle objections confidently while achieving targets.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Tertiary qualification preferred (Degree or Diploma).
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and another European language, such as Spanish, Italian, Dutch, French, or Swedish. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Outbound Sales Experience: Proven experience making successful outbound B2B calls.
- Lead Generation Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently using platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Drive and Energy: High energy, tenacity, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Professional Confidence: Ability to engage confidently with senior business decision-makers.

- Source leads through LinkedIn and online research, evaluating potential opportunities.
- Contact companies via phone, email, or LinkedIn to connect with appropriate decision-makers.
- Understand prospects' IT and cybersecurity needs, timelines, and current platforms, and align them with appropriate solutions.
- Secure interest in scheduling meetings with Business Development Managers.
- Follow up with prospective clients after meetings or events, coordinating next steps.
- Build and maintain a strong network of ongoing professional relationships.
- Keep the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) up to date with accurate and current information.
