SUMMARY:
The Lead Document Controller will oversee all documentation processes for the project, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with NEC3 contractual requirements.

POSITION INFO:
2 year Project
Based in Durban (must live in Durban or have own accommodation)

• Minimum 10 years of experience in document control for civil construction projects.
• At least 5 years of experience with NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contracts.
• Document Control System
• Develop and maintain a centralized document control system.

• Ensure all documentation complies with NEC3 requirements.
