About the YES Initiative
The President launched the initiative in 2018 and is a partnership with the government and labor department to collectively devise a national plan to build economic pathways for South Africa’s youth by creating workplace opportunities for South African youth over a period of 12 months.

About the role
Gain exposure to the legal aspects of sustainability and clean energy initiatives. Assist with research and compliance related to the Artipreneur program and green business practices.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research on environmental regulations, sustainable business practices, and social enterprise models.
Assist in drafting legal documents (e.g., contracts, agreements) relevant to Artipreneur businesses (under supervision).
Support the team with legal compliance for the Artipreneur program and partner organizations.
Attend relevant workshops and events (if applicable) to gain knowledge of the energy sector and legal landscape.
Requirements - Degree in Law.

- South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34.
- Must not have taken part in the YES Program before.
