Land Systems Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Land Systems Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the next generation of land-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and integration of land systems, including vehicles, platforms, and related technologies.
• Perform mechanical and systems engineering analyses to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and reliability criteria.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers) to develop integrated land system solutions.
• Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct prototype testing, analysis, and validation of designs to optimize functionality and identify improvements.
• Engage in risk management and troubleshooting during the design and development phases.
• Oversee and support the transition of designs from concept to production.
• Provide technical mentorship and support to junior engineers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in land systems design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• experience in land systems design or related fields, ideally with a focus on defense, transportation, or heavy-duty vehicle engineering.
• Expertise in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and engineering simulations (e.g., FEA, CFD).
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical design principles.
• Experience with systems integration and the ability to work with complex mechanical, electrical, and software components.
• Proven ability to conduct technical evaluations, testing, and validation of designs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of military standards and regulations (if relevant to the role) would be an advantage.
