Labour Brokers
Labour Brokers with a HR background specifically with extensive experience in policy development and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all meetings and activities for the HR Policy Review Project Steering Committee
- Consolidate inputs from various stakeholder engagements
- Provide strategic, change management, and business improvement support to the HR Policy Review Project Steering Committee
- Report progress on task execution for the HR Policy Review Project as per the agreed frequency
- Maintain all documentation related to the execution of assigned tasks
- Support and assist the Chairperson and the HR Policy Review Project Steering Committee in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities
- Execute tasks assigned by the Project Manager
- Integrate all policies, standards and procedures (S&Ps), guidelines, and frameworks across the HR value chain
- Benchmark policies, standards and procedures, guidelines, and frameworks against industry best practices
- Ensure all policies, standards and procedures, guidelines, and frameworks are fit for purpose and future-proofed
- Develop a change management plan
