• Running quality control tests like a pro on raw materials, in-process products, and final goods.

As a key player in our lab dream team, you’ll be:

• Running quality control tests like a pro on raw materials, in-process products, and final goods.
• Rocking the lab with physical, chemical, and microbiological tests (yes, all three).
• Logging your findings into the system like a data ninja 🧠💻.
• Keeping samples organized, test results accurate, and processes sharp.
• Raising the flag on any quality issues (we love proactive minds).
• Supporting continuous improvement in our lean manufacturing journey.
• Keeping it safe and professional with full adherence to SHEQ standards.

• BTech or BsC Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Food Sciences is a must
• 3 years’ experience as a Lab Analyst is a must
• Lab best practices, ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 familiarity = win!
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication & team spirit
• Must be South African with your own reliable transport
