The client is a well-established Quantity Surveying consultancy that specialises in engineering cost management.
Job Description
The incumbent will be office-based and reporting to the Director. There is a requirement for site visits across South Africa and in African countries where the client operates. The duties are as follows but are not limited to:
- Estimating Services
- Feasibilities Studies
- Contract Administration
- Measuring on Dimx
- BoQ Production on WinQS
- Monthly Progress Certificates
- Cost Management and Control
- Financial Reporting
Qualifications
- BSc in Quantity Surveying (minimum)
- Registration with SACQSP as a Candidate QS
- Minimum of 5 years'' Quantity Surveying experience with at least 3 focused on the Mining Sector (Surface and Underground, Process Plants, Infrastructure - Civils, SMPP, EC&I)
