SUMMARY:
The Learning and Development Specialist will design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, ensuring alignment with the company’s learning and development objectives.

POSITION INFO:
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience in Learning and Development.
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related fields.
Certifications: Skills Development Facilitation (ETDP), Assessor, Train the Trainer, OPETDP Diploma.
Previous experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
