POSITION INFO:

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Assist users across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
• Log and resolve issues using internal ticketing systems
• Deliver excellent client service and communication throughout every interaction
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and document all resolutions clearly

✅ What You’ll Need:

• 2–3 years’ experience in desktop, network, or helpdesk support
• Microsoft certifications, A+ and N+
• Own car and valid driver’s license
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking fundamentals
• Strong interpersonal, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

🎓 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A diploma or associate’s degree in IT or a related field (preferred)
• Entry-level certs like CompTIA A+, ITF+, or Microsoft Technology Associate (beneficial)
