The Key Account Director will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and long-term client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to expand business within existing accounts and acquire new key clients
• Drive revenue growth and profitability across the account portfolio
• Prepare and present tailored account development plans and proposals
• Build a strong understanding of client businesses to provide effective solutions
• Oversee project delivery across departments, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and expectations are met
• Manage client budgets and align resources for maximum efficiency
• Present strategic recommendations and solutions to senior stakeholders
• Act as the key point of contact for escalations and high-level decision-making
• Deliver clear and accurate reporting to internal leadership teams
