Key Accounts Consultant

SUMMARY:
Do you have experience managing Key Accounts within a SERVICE-RELATED Industry? 

Excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical understanding to provide product training and first level technical support to Key Account Customers.

Strong administrative skills required for taking minutes of meetings, updating CRM system, compiling training rosters and other.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

• Matric and experience in a service-related industry, additional studies highly advantageous
• Valid driver’s license, clear credit and criminal record ESSENTIAL
• A high command of the English and Afrikaans language with very good communication and written skills
• Very well presented at all times
• Ability to travel to clients as and when required by the company
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and a quick learner for new programmes
• Disciplined, innovative and resourceful with an analytical thought process

• Provide product sales, training and first level technical support to Key Account Customers
• Achieve set targets
• Compile and forward quotations, proposals and information packs required by your allocated Key Account Customers
• Procure relationships with Fleet owners, Corporate Businesses, Insurance brokers, Underwriting managers, Dealerships in line with company objectives
• Attend meetings as per visit schedule - monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, annually
• Ensure allocated customers have agreed to any non-standard service levels in writing with completed SLA agreements
• Provide customer facing assistance as required by Management and support in the process for renewing customer contacts
• Minute taking at meetings and ensure they are timeously uploaded to the CRM system
• Compile training roster/plan for all allocated Key Accounts Customers
• Interact professionally with customers in person and telephonically
• Understand the customers’ needs and provide helpful solutions
• Answer queries relating to products and service, including but not limited to sales, product, installations, reports, technical, billing etc.
• Direct queries to relevant departments to resolve
• Compilation of sales reports as required by the region
