SUMMARY:
Our client who’s key focus is to keep on delivering high quality internet solutions to people and businesses are looking for a ISP Key Account Manager to join their team. They are based in Midrand and looking for an individual that has an excellent track record in key account management within the ISP sector. This role is temporary based.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with Key Service Providers, fostering mutually beneficial relationships and contributing towards business growth
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the ISP sector, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to achieve and surpass revenue targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with ISP key accounts, ensuring alignment with the company brand values and objectives
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services, effectively communicating technical information to meet specific needs of ISP’s
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to stay abreast of market trends and contribute to the formulation of effective sales strategies
Conduct in-depth analysis of ISP industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify strategic business opportunities
Provide leadership and guidance to the ISP sales team, fostering collaboration
Ensuring a customer-centric approach in all interactions with ISP. Addressing their unique business challenges and providing tailored networking solutions

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) – Technical training would be essential
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Minimum of 4-6 years experience in Key Account Management
3 Years experience in ISP Key Account Management
Strong track record in sales development, B2B/Corporate Customer development, and key account management within the ISP industry
In depth knowledge of ISP industry structures, technologies, and market dynamics
Established relationships with ISPs and an understanding of their business challenges
