Key Account Manager

SUMMARY:
A Gorgeous Goods Store is looking for a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Accounting qualification is preferred
• Must have strong financial and cost control skills
• Should have strong administrative functions and data management
• Must be computer literate (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Canva)
• Must have a valid drivers license and own transport
• Previous experience in the hospitality/ tourism industry is preferred
• Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must be organized with good time management skills
• Should have the ability to multitask
• Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Act as a client liaison for selected lodge partners: Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients, including responding to queries, providing updates on requests and new products, and addressing any concerns.
• Provide consultancy to customers to complete orders, and handle all issues and inquiries to ensure a smooth-sailing ordering process.
• Act as a support to the Senior Key Account Manager
• Process or create sales orders
• Approved/authorise sales orders
• Send clients quotes and request payment
• Ensure payment is received from client
• Place orders with relevant suppliers
• Follow up with the tracking, progression and delivery of products to clients
• Co-ordinate distribution of items to various entities with our admin and stores team.
• Assist with site visits to retail clients when required.
