JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES:

• Build strong relationships with Big Box stores to foster trust and loyalty.
• Retain and expand the Big Box customer base by achieving and maximizing sales, profitability, and growth targets.
• Investigate, track, and resolve customer concerns, identifying trends and implementing effective solutions.
• Deliver informative presentations of products and ranges to clients, showcasing their value and benefits.
• Analyse sales data to identify weak areas and develop strategic plans to address them, setting clear goals for improvement.
• Develop key account sales plans for assigned accounts, aligning strategies with customer needs and growth targets.
• Stay abreast of the agricultural industry landscape and competitor activity to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Profile customer requirements and coordinate internally to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Establish and strengthen customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on maximizing profitability across the customer base.

• Analyse actual sales performance compared to budgets and targets, implementing contingency plans as needed.
