SUMMARY:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing sustainable, profitable relationships with key clients. This position focuses on aligning customer engagements with the company’s objectives, ensuring mutual value creation and customer satisfaction. Acting as the primary liaison, the Key Account Manager will coordinate internal resources, drive project initiatives, and deliver customized solutions that reinforce the company’s market position and growth goals.

Qualifications and Experience Summary:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; Honours and PMD/MAP certification preferred
- 3–8 years of experience in Account Management or Sales, with proven success in key accounts
- Advanced computer and CRM proficiency, strong digital communication skills
- Solid financial analysis and project management abilities
- Industry knowledge, preferably mining, and medically fit for frequent travel
- Valid driver’s license
