About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Junior to Intermediate Business Analyst to join our growing team in Pretoria. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and deliver innovative solutions that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance business operations.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus among stakeholders.
Support testing, training, and implementation of new systems and processes.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in process modeling and documentation (e.g., BPMN, UML).
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Familiarity with basic technologies and languages such as:
- SQL for data analysis and querying.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts (e.g., Python, Java) is a plus.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
