Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance business operations.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Support testing, training, and implementation of new systems and processes.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

• 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in process modeling and documentation (e.g., BPMN, UML).
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with basic technologies and languages such as:
