Junior Sous Chef

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join their team in Johannesburg

POSITION INFO:
Location: Midrand

All Requirements:- Minimum Qualifications:

Grade 12/ Equivalent
Culinary Diploma/ ARPL/ Trade Test from a reputable institution
Computer literacy is an essential property, along with proficiency in MS Office.

Experience

Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen in a CDP role for at least 2 years.
Sous Chef Experience of more than one year would be advantageous
Applicant must be able to run a busy hot pass.
The applicant must be an all-rounder who knows all kitchen sections.
Knowledge of stock takes and food costing is advantageous.
Working knowledge of various computer software programmes

Salary

R18 000 Basic Per Month
