Junior Sales Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client in Elsies River is seeking a Junior Sales Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of accounting experience and a solid understanding of the steel industry, including stainless steel, aluminum, and pipes. Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Syspro is essential, along with strong numeracy skills. Fluency in both English and Afrikaans is required. The role also demands a trustworthy, dependable individual with their own transport who can work efficiently in the Elsies River area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric
• At least 2 years Accounting experience
• Knowledge of in the steel industry including Stainless steel, Aluminum and Pipes
• Advanced proficiency in Excel / MS Office / Syspro
• Good numeracy skills
• English and Afrikaans fluent
• Own transport
• Trustworthy
• Dependable
• Be able to work in Elsies Rivier

• General clerical/admin support across the team
• Internal and External Customer service ethos
• Invoicing of orders
• Resolving of variances between order and quotation value
• Daily Cashbook capturing
• Meeting deadlines
• Recons of accounts
• In charge of all cash receipts
• Take part in quarterly stock takes
• All other related duties that might be required of you by management from time to time

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30 / 08:00 – 17:00 (Alternate)
• Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 15:00
