POSITION INFO:
RECEPTIONIST / EAST LONDON – This position is available immediately so will suit an unemployed Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience on a busy switchboard. This position will be a 3 month fixed term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Requirements:
Matric
Valid Code 08 Drivers license
Min. 2 years Receptionist experience/PA experience
Exceptional Customer Relation skills for this front-line position
Strong communications in English
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Word
Presentable, well organized, highly enthusiastic, vibrant, energetic and professional
Stable job history, no job hoppers
Organized, ability to think out of the box
Ability to Multitask is essential for this position.
Good timekeeping skills
Responsibilities:
Attend to Clients arriving at the office
Welcoming the Clients in a pleasant and professional manner
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Perform other general administration duties as required
Hours: Monday – Friday 08h00 – 17h00
Salary: Market related
