Junior RF Design Engineer

SUMMARY:
A well-established company based in Stellenbosch, Cape Town is seeking a Junior RF Design Engineer to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Solid understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) engineering principles and practices.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus, particularly in the military, aerospace, or related industries.
• Strong team player, with the ability to also work independently.
• Resilience to feedback and the ability to maintain a positive demeanor.

• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Capability to perform root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with customers, suppliers, and team members.

• Provide field application support for RF products and systems.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to address technical inquiries and issues.
• Transition into the role of RF Product Owner, overseeing product development and management.
• Assist the sales team with technical support and product information.
• Stay updated with the latest RF technologies and industry shifts.
