• Heat load calculations
• Design development
• Outline specifications

Tender & Procurement:

• Detailed specifications
• Tender documentation
• Bill of quantities
• Tender evaluation

Construction Management:

• Construction documentation
• Contract instructions
• Financial cost control
• Ongoing estimates
• Payment valuations
• Quality assurance inspections
• Quality control documentation
• Commissioning verification

Project Close-out:

• Conclude final account
• Review hand-over documentation
• Works and final completion defects list

• Must be keen to join the programme to become registered as PPROFESSIONAL ENGINEER with ECSA - learn from leaders in the industry
