SUMMARY:
Our client in the manufacturing industry urgently looking to employ a Junior Lab Assistant (Research and Development) at their organization
POSITION INFO:
Location: Strijdom Park, Randburg
Requirements:
- Matric
- Degree/Diploma in Analytical Chemistry/Bio-Technology
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Must be between the ages of 20 - 25
- Must be computer literate
- Must be willing to work on weekends when required
Responsibilities:- Sample decanting
- Sample compounding
- Presentation of the samples (Labelling and boxing)
- Invoicing (Ensuring that the paperwork is done)
- Preparing documents for the manager to present to sales
- Pre-prepare high-selling products (Library)
- Updating the Sampling library
- Ordering packaging material and lab consumables
- Preparing products for sensory evaluations
- Cleaning glassware
