Junior IT Specialist Developer

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or University Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic knowledge of C# (including Visual Studio) and software development experience
• Strong understanding of SQL (queries, stored procedures, database troubleshooting)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and report generation formulas
• Experience with Crystal Reports for report generation advantageous
• Knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) advantageous

• Develop and maintain reports using SQL
• Investigate and resolve SQL-related issues
• Assist in database queries, optimizations, and troubleshooting
• Use Excel to generate custom reports from SQL Views or Stored Procedures
• Work with Excel formulas for data manipulation and analysis
• Assist with Call Centre Operations and strategies when necessary
