Junior Administrator

SUMMARY:
Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automation/Engineering sector is looking to employ an Administrator to join their dynamic team in Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth.

POSITION INFO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Organize and schedule appointments.
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Book travel arrangements.
• Provide general support to visitors.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

• Grade 12 High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or relevant role are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
