SUMMARY:
Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the Automation/Engineering sector is looking to employ an Administrator to join their dynamic team in Gqeberha/Port Elizabeth.

POSITION INFO:
Job Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls.
Organize and schedule appointments.
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Maintain contact lists.
Book travel arrangements.
Provide general support to visitors.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Job Requirements:

Grade 12 High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or relevant role are a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
