SUMMARY:
We are looking for a reliable Junior Administrator to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of daily office operations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry, filing, and record management.
Respond to emails and phone calls professionally.
Support the team with general administrative tasks.
Issue job cards and close job cards
Follow up with clients
Answer phones

Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Must be willing to work weekends

Working hours from 7am to 5pm
